2007 Indianapolis Tennis Championships Charity Stringing Event

August 3, 2007

The Strings of Hope Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports the care and recovery of pediatric burn patients and promotes childhood burn awareness in the United States through tennis racquet stringing.

At our recent stringing event at the Indianapolis Tennis Championships we were able to raise over $300 to support pediatric burn patients at Riley Hospital for Children. Thanks to everyone that got their racquet strung, donated money, or simply stopped by our booth to learn about childhood burn injuries; without your generous support this event would not have been successful.

If you have any questions about the Strings of Hope Foundation and the work that we do in raising awareness for pediatric burns, please do not hesitate to ask. Also, if you were unable to make a donation during the tournament and would like to now, please send a check to the address on our Donations page. Indicate on the check that you are supporting Riley Hospital for Children. Thank you for your contribution!

Getting the booth set up.

There was a very long rain delay on Friday so our booth was a popular spot.
